1. What browsers are supported?

Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox are supported. Internet Explorer is not supported.


2. Is my data private and secure?

Yes. All data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Only authorized teachers and administrators can view student information.


3. My dashboard keeps logging me out.

Your session may have expired. Log in again and avoid opening multiple tabs at the same time.


4. Pages are not loading correctly.

Clear your browser cache and ensure JavaScript is enabled. Using Google Chrome is recommended.


5. I see “Database Connection Error.”

This happens when the system cannot reach the server. Contact your school administrator to confirm server status.


6. How can I contact support?

Use the Tawk chat widget or the Contact Support link on your dashboard. You will receive a response within a short time.
